assign
Assigns a wellness reading to a resident
Parameters
- loid - [required] - Resident/Love One ID to assign reading to
 - prefix - [required] - Device type: [gluc|weight|bp|oxi|ecg]
 - device_id - [required] - The wellness device where the reading originated from
 - date - [required] - Date of reading
 - time - [required] - Time of reading
