Obsolete Schedule
Your loved one's system comes with a touchscreen schedule that you can use to create tasks and events. The Touchscreen Schedule works alongside the Calendar and Medication Schedule to assist both you and your loved one in tracking daily events, tasks and medications doses.
Your loved one can view the schedule, and receive reminders for the events right on the system, or you may use the schedule to assist you in managing your caregiving tasks. Visual prompts and audio alerts can be added to tasks.
Memory Boost Schedule The Touchscreen Schedule is a great tool for loved ones who need assistance remembering daily activities and tracking their medications.
Schedule for Caregivers You may wish to utilize the touchscreen schedule to track your daily caregiving tasks and routines.
Tasks vs. Events Tasks are To-Do Items and include a check box to aid both you and your loved one in tracking and completing them. Tasks do not show up on the monthly Calendar view, but can be seen when a specific day is pressed. Events do not include check boxes, and require no user interaction. Events will show up on both Today’s Events and the Calendar. Both Tasks and Events can make use of visual prompts and audio alerts.
Viewing, adding and editing tasks and events Caregivers can interact with the Touchscreen Schedule remotely through the Touchscreen Emulation in the Online Care Portal. See Today’s Schedule for instructions on how to view, add, or edit daily tasks and events.
Adding and editing medications Caregivers can add and edit medications through the Medication Schedule.
