Internal Search RT by System ID

To search Request Tracker tickets for a specific system by the ID number:
- Click on "Tickets" in the menu bar
- Click "New Search"
- Click the "Advanced" link
- In the text field labeled "Query" enter: 'CF.System ID' = '314-000xxx' substituting the system ID for the xxx
- Click the "Apply" button, which takes you to back to the Ticket search screen
- Click the "Add these terms and search" button to conduct the search
