System Alerts

GCManage periodically checks to see if a system is still online. System UP and Down notifications get sent to the following contacts:

  • Email attached to the Group
  • Text message to a phone number attached to the Group
  • Email attached to the Distributor
  • Global admin email address found under Server Settings on GCManage.
