Overview

If your loved one has Caller ID service, you can use the GrandCare system to make it more powerful and easy to use. GrandCare can display the name, description, and picture of the caller. It can also identify when the call is from an unknown caller. It keeps a log of calls to let caregivers spot any patterns of harassing or unwanted calls. In addition, the system can send alerts to caregivers for certain calls.
