Archive the old account

The first thing when preparing a system for a new customer is to properly archive the old account. Proper backup and disabling the account ensures it's archived properly.

Backup status found under Account Details
  1. Navigate to the Account on the Care Portal
  2. Select the Details tab
  3. Verify the last successful backup date is acceptable [1]
