*Keep this equipment on a reliable flat surface.

*Make sure that the power voltage is within its safety range before connecting the equipment to the power outlet. The equipment must be connected to a grounded socket-outlet.
Safety Precautions to Take in the Event of Changes in the Performance of the Device:
*The vent on the system and some peripherals is used for air convection and to prevent the equipment from overheating. Do not cover the vent.
*There are no serviceable parts inside the computer system or any peripherals. Do not open any of the equipment or attempt to service it yourself.
*Do not leave the equipment in an environment with uncontrolled temperature or humidity, which may damage the equipment. The system and peripherals should not be stored at a temperature below 0 degrees C (32 degrees F) or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F). The maximum operating temperature is around 40 degrees C (100 degrees F).
*For your safety, read and follow the safety precautions on the equipment, and in the manufacturer-provided directions for use that come with the system and peripheral devices. Retain the manufacturer-provided safety precautions and instructions for use for future reference.
*Never pour any liquid onto the equipment that could damage or cause electrical shock. Do not use or store the equipment where it might be subject to drips or accidental spills.
*Stop using the system if it is damaged.
*Place the power cord in a way that people are unlikely to step on it or trip on it. Do not place anything on the power cord.
*Call your GrandCare Service Provider or contact support@grandcare.com for support if the system stops performing as expected. For example:
*Always keep strong magnetic or electrical objects away from the equipment.

*If any of the following situations arise, have the equipment checked by service personnel:

:*If you have any concerns about health or safety for yourself, other people, or the environment, resulting from the use of the system
**Liquid has penetrated into the equipment.

  • For your safety, read and follow the safety precautions on the equipment, and in the manufacturer-provided directions for use that come with the system and peripheral devices. Retain the manufacturer-provided safety precautions and instructions for use for future reference.

  • Call your GrandCare Service Provider or contact support@grandcare.com for support if the system stops performing as expected. For example:
  • If readings taken on health devices do not automatically record on your Touchscreen system
  • If notifications are not received by caregivers when expected (when rule conditions defined through the Care Menu have been met)
  • If you have any concerns about health or safety for yourself, other people, or the environment, resulting from the use of the system
  • If the software does not look or behave as expected
