Caller ID

Your system can help you keep track of callers. It keeps a record of all your incoming Video Chat calls.

It is also possible to keep a record of all your incoming telephone calls, if you use the CallerID modem on your system. Press the Caller ID button on the Main Menu. A list will display that shows the date and time of all your calls, the name of the caller (if known), and the type of call (phonecall or Skype video call.)

Your caregivers can create a list of people who frequently call you, using the Known Callers feature on the Care Menu. When they do, your Caller ID screen can display the caller's name, a description of who the person is, and the caller's picture.
