Caller IDYour system can help you keep track of callers. It keeps a record of all your incoming Video Chat calls. |
It is also possible to keep a record of all your incoming telephone calls, if you use the CallerID modem on your system. Press the Caller ID button on the Main Menu. A list will display that shows the date and time of all your calls, the name of the caller (if known), and the type of call (phonecall or Skype video call.)
- Your caregivers can create a list of people who frequently call you, using the Known Callers feature on the Care Menu. When they do, your Caller ID screen can display the caller's name, a description of who the person is, and the caller's picture.
