Overview
Version 2 of the Online Care Portal is a substantial upgrade and redesign of the original version, and can be run on a PC, tablet or mobile device. It includes much of the original functionality, e.g. managing user accounts, managing systems, accessing the Care Menu, but with some important organizational improvements, and an updated look and feel.
User roles are now expanded. In addition to having a greater number of levels, in the Online Care Portal, any user can be assigned more than one role, depending on the relationship to a given account.
In the Online Care Portal, users will log in with their email addresses.
